Ryan Carnes, easily the hottest SOB in the world, gave us a fantastic little tease on the April 29th episode of GH.  I couldn't resist posting the stills.

And just at the right moment, the pants come down as he passes right behind that damn ice bucket or whatever the hell that is!  I've never hated an ice bucket so much!
